We keep things simple, fair, and transparent. Here’s everything you need to know about our extra service charges and how they work.
Price Per Mile
Our mileage pricing starts from £0.65 and goes up to £3.50 per mile, depending on the size of the vehicle you choose.
Larger vehicles cost more to run — so the bigger the van, the higher the rate.

Driver Assistance
Need help loading or unloading on the day? No problem — we’ve got you.
If driver assistance wasn’t booked in advance, a £25 charge applies. This makes sure our drivers are looked after for the extra effort.
Manual Handling
If your delivery needs extra lifting, shifting, or moving by hand, we add a handball fee based on the total weight:

IMPORTANT
These charges apply to each drop on a multi-drop run. If we’re handling heavy stuff at more than one stop, the charge is added for each location.
Waiting Time Charges
We know delays happen. That’s why the first 30 minutes of waiting is free. After that, we charge a small fee based on your vehicle size:
Small Vans
Short Wheel Base and Medium Wheel Base
£15 per extra 30 mins
Large Vans
Long Wheel Base and Extra Long Wheel Base
£20 per extra 30 mins
Luton Box and Curtain Sided Vans
£25 per extra 30 mins
This helps cover the driver's time if they’re kept waiting longer than expect
Towing Services
Flat rate: £150 per 30 miles
Includes caravan towing, car and van recovery across the UK.
